Stan specializes in Estate Litigation, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Disputes. He is experienced in providing legal advice, drawing Wills and Trusts, and assisting executors and administrators in applications for Grants of Probate and Administration.
Keith practices primarily in the areas of Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Real Estate.
Kimberly specializes in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Planning for Incapacity. She assists her clients in developing and implementing estate plans that may include wills and/or trusts, depending on the needs of her clients.
Jana practices primarily in the areas of Estate Litigation, Estate Planning & Administration, and Elder Law. Prior to joining Sabey rule LLP in November 2021, Jana worked as a commercial litigator and brings a broad base of experience to her Estates practice, including knowledge of corporate/business law, construction law, and tax.
Shahdin’s focus is estate litigation, including dispute resolution, contentious passing of accounts, undue influence and incapacity matters and wills variation matters, estate planning, and estate administration, including rectification of will applications.
