Stan specializes in Estate Litigation, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Disputes. He is experienced in providing legal advice, drawing Wills and Trusts, and assisting executors and administrators in applications for Grants of Probate and Administration.
Keith practices primarily in the areas of Estate Litigation and Disputes, Wills and Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation. He has successfully represented many clients in various Estate Disputes including Wills Variation applications, committeeship applications, undue influence and incapacity matters, rectification of will applications and removal of executor applications.
Kimberly specializes in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Planning for Incapacity. She assists her clients in developing and implementing estate plans that may include wills and/or trusts, depending on the needs of her clients.
Jana practices primarily in the areas of Estate Litigation, Estate Planning & Administration, and Elder Law. Prior to joining Sabey rule LLP in November 2021, Jana worked as a commercial litigator and brings a broad base of experience to her Estates practice, including knowledge of corporate/business law, construction law, and tax.
Shahdin joined Sabey Rule LLP in March 2021, to focus on estate litigation, dispute resolution, estate planning, and administration.
Shamim Aidun is an associate lawyer at Sabey Rule LLP, he is practicing primarily in estate litigation, including negotiation and litigation of disputes relating to wills, incapable adults and trusts; and estate planning, including drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements: estate administration, including applications for probate.
